Senior High Faith Formation continues the Youth Ministry approach used in Junior High. In Chosen4, teens are expected to take an active role in the ongoing journey of their Catholic faith by participating in various parish activities. They receive the "Chosen4 Passport" (journal) containing items to complete during their two years of the senior high faith formation. The Passport includes the prayer/liturgy, service, and ministry aspects of our faith and helps them explore and reflect on their experiences. Each group meets in-person for discussion of the educational component.

​Confirmation completes the Sacraments of Initiation giving us a deeper knowledge and appreciation of Jesus and the Church. Due to the importance of this Sacrament, Diocesan guidelines require two years of high school faith formation before direct preparation. If teens choose, direct preparation begins in the spring of their second year and finishes the following fall with the celebration of Confirmation.
